It's important for us to give feedback as soon as we have reviewed your profile, but sometimes the process require some time do it thoroughly. Therefor the responsestime varies from 2 days to 2 weeks.

The search process is not simply about finding candidates with the right job title — it's about identifying those with the right blend of experience, competencies, behavior, and proven results to confidently deliver on complex strategic objectives.
Therefore, we thoroughly assess the candidate market in each process. Potential candidates are initially screened by phone, and if there is a match, they will be invited to a first interview. This is followed by a second interview, during which we also use assessment tools.
Finally, the candidates who best match the client’s needs will be presented to the client.
